“My daughter won her first photoshoot at 6 months old. Throughout our experience we got the pleasure of working with both Lana and Caity. Upon arrival for either session, you are greeted with platters, tea and coffee. It's a welcoming, open, beautiful space that you are welcomed into with open arms. Lana was our photographer and having never been in front of the camera, she had my husband and I relaxed in no time. Bub loved showing off for Lana, and absolutely smashed it out of the park. Caity took us through our photo selection process and worked with us to figure out what would best suit us. We ended up going 12 single prints we can frame ourselves. This pack also included ALL photos from our shoot so we didn't miss out on any, making the process much easier.   • Q: Can we bring our fur baby?

    Absolutely! I have pets in the studio every day, just let me know they are coming and I can recommend what to bring along for them based on their size, age and breed to make sure I am capturing their personality perfectly.

  • Q: What do we wear to our session?

    We can do up to 3 looks in your session time! I normally recommend something casual in neutral tones for your first look and I will photograph you both in a fun, candid style. A lot of couples like to do something more romantic, or maybe you’ve just gotten engaged, and I would recommend a nice dress with heels, and nice pants with a button up for this. Every couple has something quirky that only the two of you share, and I would love to capture this! Are you both serious footy fans? Is there a story to how you met? Are you movie obsessed?

  • Q: Can we have an outdoor session?

    We offer outdoor sessions on weekdays at our favourite secrets spots around Brisbane. I will you photograph you around sunset which is when the lighting is the prettiest. Spots are quite limited for outdoor sessions so best to get in quickly!

  • Q: Can I add a boudoir part to our photoshoot as a surprise for my partner?

    Of course! This adds so much excitement to your photoshoot and can make for the best anniversary presents.

    We can either make it a total surprise or we can let them know something spicy is coming but they can’t peek until the big reveal at the viewing.

    Here is how we do it:

    1. Tell your photographer prior(as in on the phone) to the session that you would like to do a cheeky mini boudoir shoot within your couple’s session

    2. Bring along an outfit (this could be surprise lingerie, a sexy dress, or nothing at all!). We will discuss your outfits at the beginning of your session, but keep this hidden! We will know its there…

    3. At the end of your session your photographer will send your partner out of the room to sit and relax with a coffee or beer. We always photograph couples individually, so they won’t think it’s strange.

    4. Around 1-2 weeks later, you will attend your viewing. You can either surprise your partner at the viewing or ask your photographer to keep your sexy portraits hidden, and at the end of the session, we will again send your partner out of the room.

     

  • Q: Do I/we need to know how to pose?

    Not at all! We photograph real women/couples of all shapes and sizes. We will guide you with what to do in your session, We know all the tricks in flattering lighting and perfect angles to highlight your assets and hide features you may not feel so confident about. You can do this…

    Prior to your photo shoot, you will chat with your photographer and together you will design the session, and pin point all of the special things that make you a couple. It can feel strange talking about yourself and your relationship, but it’s important to tell us who YOU are so we can style the session perfectly to who you are and what makes your love unique. We will provide a detailed list of outfits and items to bring along. Most of these things will already be in your closet, but hey it’s a great excuse to go shopping!

  • Q: How much does a Photo shoot cost?

    A Photo Shoot is $150 for a 90 minute session which includes the photographer’s time and talent, unlimited outfit changes, café style beverages, and a welcome board of delicious goodies. This price also includes a complimentary design consultation, which will take place 1 -2 weeks after your session. I will show you 55 of the best photographs captured as well as the different styles and finishes we offer.

  • Q: How much will the Portraits cost?

    Our portraits start at $225 for a signature 12×8 inch matted gallery portrait. Our most popular option for families is our beautiful canvas wall art range, which starts at $850 and includes a 75 year unconditional warranty. Our packages range from $695 and we also have amazing interest free payment plans, such as Humm and our tailored in house plans.
